
1. After opening the case, attach the base of the kiosk to the bottom of the kiosk using
the provided allen key and screws.
The kiosk comes with 1x power cable, 1x HDMI cable (extra) 1x keys, 1x allen key, and at
least 12x screws.
2. Once the base is secured, stand the kiosk upright and plug in the kiosk with the
provided power cable.
3. Now you can turn on the kiosk with the provided remote pointing at the kiosks IR
sensor. This will power on the computer that is installed in the back of the kiosk inside
the door.
The remote is included in the box or might be located inside the back of the kiosk attached with Velcro.
The USB touch cable is connected to a USB SS port on the right side of the computer. The
cables on the left side of the computer from top to bottom are: Computer power, WiFi,
HDMI, and Ethernet at the bottom. You can plug an ethernet cable into the back of the
Kiosk (RJ45 next to the power cable and switch).
4. Remote control functions
●Top left (Red): Power button
●Top right (Green): Volume mute
●Loop button (next to 0 on number pad): Factory reset everything to Chinese. Do
not press.
●Input: Select the displays Input. Default to HDMI 3
●Disp: No function
●Zoom: No function
●Sleep: No function
●Exit: Exits menu
●Menu: Opens up menu for display settings, colour setting, picture quality settings,
etc.
5. If you need to power on/off the computer manually, locate the computer in the back
of the kiosk, and find the power button of the computer. You will find this on the bottom
right corner of the computer when looking from the back as seen in the image below.
Press the power button once to turn off.
6. To load the computer with some new content, plug a USB stick with your content into
one of the free USB ports of the computer located on the left side of the computer from
the back of the kiosk. This should automatically open up the USB folder, or simply open
your file explorer and find the USB drive on the left. Now you can import these files onto
the desktop by drag and drop.
7. You can connect the computer to WiFi or Ethernet easily by selecting the
WiFi/Ethernet icon on the bottom right corner of the screen on the kiosk. WiFi should
automatically be selected and you will just have to enter your WiFi password using
either a wireless keyboard/mouse, or using the touch capability of the kiosk using either
tablet mode, or enabling the touch keyboard. To enable the keyboard without tablet
mode, simply right click or tap and hold the task bar and select "Show touch keyboard
button".
If you are using an Ethernet cable, you may have to change the adapter setting if it
doesn't automatically change. Right click the WiFi icon in the bottom right corner, select
Open Network & Internet Settings. Then select Change adapter options, then right click
Ethernet, enable.
